What we look for
Industries: car washes, laundromats and commercial laundry, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, siding, and similar essential services
Size: transactions up to $5 million
Location: Long Island and the greater New York metro area, including nearby New Jersey and Connecticut

Real EstateOur portfolio includes a hotel in the Pocono Mountains and rental properties in New Jersey and Baton Rouge.
We also look at self-storage, manufactured housing and more hotels. We consider apartment buildings only when there’s a clear way to improve them, and we price every deal on its actual numbers, not projections.
E-CommerceWe run our own home goods brand from New Jersey and sell it across the U.S. on Amazon.
