About YBA Holdings

YBA Holdings is a privately held company founded by Yash Acharya. Its portfolio includes a hotel in the Pocono Mountains, a retail business on Long Island, rental properties in New Jersey and Baton Rouge, and a home goods brand sold on Amazon. Next, it’s looking to add an established service business in the New York area.

A note from Yash

I started YBA Holdings to own a few good businesses and keep them for a long time.

My background is in corporate finance and M&A advisory, working on acquisitions, capital structure and capital allocation for large companies. Alongside that work I bought rental properties in New Jersey and Baton Rouge and started a home goods brand that now sells across the country on Amazon.
